1. Who processes your data

AIX Maxlube is the oil-condition-monitoring product line of AIX Monitoring Systems (company registration / CNPJ 65.672.303/0001-04), headquartered at Rua Sargento Silva Nunes, 254, Ramos, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, CEP 21040-232, responsible for processing your personal data (the “Controller”). This Policy explains how we collect, use and protect that data, in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD).

2. What data we collect

• Data you provide: when you contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail, or request a quote – such as name, phone, e-mail, company and the content of your message.
• Navigation data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on page and traffic source, through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Cookies and third-party technologies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work (for example, to remember your chosen language) and, with your consent, measurement and marketing cookies.
