Overview

One sensor, the lubricant's whole health

MAXLUBE's reference multi-parameter platform for oil condition monitoring. In a single measurement point it gathers the main oil quantities, viscosity, density, dielectric constant (quality), water activity, moisture and temperature, reducing the number of installed sensors and delivering a complete, real-time view of lubricant health.

How it works

Measurement principle

Piezoelectric-resonance MEMS elements with an integrated high-precision signal sampling and processing unit and a built-in algorithm, simultaneously detecting temperature, viscosity, density, dielectric constant, water activity and moisture (no wear counting).

Does the 6-in-1 measure wear particles?
No. It covers 6 physical-chemical oil quantities (viscosity, density, dielectric constant, water activity, moisture and temperature). For real-time metal wear, see the Metal Wear Particle Sensor or the Wind Turbine Gearbox Oil Sensor.
How does the sensor talk to my system?
Through the RS485 output with MODBUS RTU protocol, an open standard supported by industrial PLCs and SCADA systems.
Does it replace laboratory analysis?
It complements it. The sensor delivers a continuous 24/7 trend on the equipment; the lab remains valuable for detailed periodic analyses. Full specifications in the official datasheet.
Which fluids does it monitor?
Lubricating, hydraulic and gear oil, plus diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, biodiesel, ethanol and other industrial fluids. Factory calibration uses 68# hydraulic oil, with custom calibration for other fluids.
